Overview

In this role you drive data transformation for SAP-native programs, focusing on S/4HANA migrations and data roadmaps. You align client needs with SAP data solutions, shaping design and overseeing delivery across teams. You’ll lead the data migration stream within transformations, solving data quality and lifecycle challenges at scale. You work with diverse industries, partnering with clients to realize value through data-enabled SAP implementations. This is a chance to influence transformation programs at a Tier 1 SAP partner.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on data transformation strategies and value realization within SAP solutions
  • Lead the data migration stream of S/4HANA transformations across delivery centres
  • Translate business and functional requirements into SAP design documents and oversee solution delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to define data strategy, data quality actions, and monitoring solutions
  • Support implementation of data migration tools (SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit, SDI, Information Steward)
  • Engage in end-to-end data lifecycle activities from strategy through cutover
  • Broaden S/4HANA functional integration to align data migration with other solution elements
  • Utilize Syniti ADM and other vendor tools where relevant
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of functional data management experience across full SAP implementation lifecycles
  • Experience advising on data strategy elements for S/4HANA roadmaps and implementing data migration solutions
  • Proven ability to address data quality issues and define corrective actions
  • Strong understanding of Data Management and Migration methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
  • Experience with SAP data tools: Data Services, SDI, Migration Cockpit, Information Steward
  • Experience with Syniti ADM or similar data migration toolsets
