In this SAP Developer role, you will support ERP ABAP development to enable UK divisions’ operational delivery. You’ll join the Digital Technology team to maintain and enhance enterprise applications, solve integration and data-flow challenges, and tailor SAP-based solutions to business needs. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, security, and timely delivery. This role offers growth through in-house training and a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to deliver systems aligned with requirements
- Work with users to address bug fixes, service requests, and approved changes
- Ensure system availability and improve productivity of Raytheon solutions
- Provide out-of-hours support as needed and maintain service levels
- Conduct business analysis, systems analysis, design, development, and testing
- Develop and maintain documentation for technologists and users
- Support development and enhancements to RSL applications and interfaces
- Monitor Helpdesk and Change Control for incoming work and update configuration/change tools
- Degree level education or equivalent with SAP R3 and ABAP programming experience
- General knowledge of IT technologies with experience in delivering and supporting business-critical applications
- Experience with formal systems delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of integration and data analysis in enterprise environments
- Experience in manufacturing and/or defence domain (desirable)
