Location: Hybrid - 10-20% in office/client sites, rest of time remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Developer with ABAP skills to join our team on a long term contract basis in Toronto, ON, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM development and ABAP programming, as well as experience working on implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP EWM solutions using ABAP programming language
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all EWM developments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EWM and ABAP programming
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful delivery of EWM solutions
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing EWM systems and applications
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP EWM and ABAP developments and technologies to continuously improve our solutions and processes
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM development and ABAP programming
  • Experience working on full-cycle SAP EWM implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of EWM processes and functionality
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools
  • Experience with SAP integration and data migration
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • SAP EWM certification is a plus

This is a contract position based in Toronto, ON, Canada. The contract duration will be determined based on project requirements, with the possibility of extension. The contractor will be responsible for their own work schedule and must have the ability to work remotely, if needed.
