Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to lead a major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for an Aerospace & Defense MRO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial solution architecture, process integration, functional workshops, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO solution design, blueprinting, and implementation.
• Conduct functional workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM/CS, and PS .
• Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Product Costing .
• Support MRO, defense manufacturing, costing, project accounting, and billing processes.
• Drive fit-to-standard and SAP Best Practices adoption.
• Lead and mentor functional/technical teams and coordinate global delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong SAP FICO and S/4HANA experience.
• 1 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementations .
• Aerospace & Defense, MRO, or heavy manufacturing experience.
• Strong integration and SAP solution architecture experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Must be available to work 3 days onsite in Montreal .
