SKILLS REQUIRED:
12+ years of experience in SAP FICO and support engagements. Exposure and hands-on BPC experience Deep configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New General Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Product Costing. Resolve daily FICO support tickets based on SLA priorities. Handle level 2/3 incidents spanning General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) Support complex end-to-end business flows by resolving integration issues between FI/CO and MM (e.g., GR/IR, inventory valuation) and SD (e.g., revenue recognition, billing, credit control) EEOC Compliance:
