SAP GRC Analyst

In this role you will strengthen and oversee SAP security and SoD controls within a large retail environment. You will shape SAP GRC policies and governance to drive consistent risk management across Finance and Technology. You’ll review role designs, assess access models, and lead assurance activities with data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence compliant, proportionate access and continuous control improvements. • Oversee SAP security, user access management and SoD risks to maintain a strong control environment
• Develop and update SAP GRC policies, standards and governance frameworks
• Provide expert review of SAP role design and access models to ensure proportionality to business needs
• Lead assurance activities, control testing and risk reporting using data analytics
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Audit and other stakeholders to advise on compliance and influence control outcomes

• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control including ARA, ARM and EAM
• Solid understanding of SAP security principles, user access management and SoD controls in complex environments
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and ability to translate data into insights
• Confident communicator capable of influencing decision-making with business partners
