Overview
As SAP HANA Architect you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale SAP HANA solutions. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical architectures. The role focuses on high-performance data management, integration, and scalable, secure architectures. You will guide implementation, optimization, and best practices to drive digital transformation in the automotive sector. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strategic impact on system performance and reliability.
Pay / Benefits- salary 100-130k base plus 15% bonus

- Lead end-to-end SAP HANA solution design and architecture for large-scale projects
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Design and implement SAP HANA models and ensure integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Optimize database and application performance through tuning and best practices
- Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams
- Design and implement security, high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies
- Assist in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Stay up to date with SAP HANA developments and recommend best practices
- Extensive experience with SAP HANA architecture and implementation
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and highly available systems
- Experience with performance tuning and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems
- Leadership or mentoring experience for technical teams
