SAP HCM Consultant

This Role required supports defect and breakfix resolution can be inbound outbound Reports approximately 5 to 6 incidents annually. Also responsible for HRSP benefits note analysis and validation across all system landscapes, as well as yearend configuration and testing activities, including updates to 401k limits, health plan rates, RUIA rates and limits, vendor rates, and the execution of Annual Quarterly scheduled jobs.

• SAP HCM - Payroll and Benefits
• SAP HCM Payroll Module Experience for USA
• Experience in End-to-end payroll configuration
• Working on Wage type configuration
• Working with Off-cycle payroll & retro processing
• Experience in Unit Testing and Integration Testing for Quarterly HRSP Release
• Experience in working with Webdynpro Applications for 3rd party contractors
