SAP IAM Lead

Salary: £90,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP IAM experience with ARA, ARM, EAM and RDP
• Deep SAP authorisation knowledge, including roles, profiles and objects
• Experience with SoD and risk management, ideally with SOX or audit exposure
• Experience with SAP IAS and IPS integration
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with business and technical stakeholders
• Bonus: SAP Security/GRC certifications, CISA/CISSP, or ABAP or Fiori/UI5 exposure

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP IAM solutions, including ARA, ARM, EAM and RDP
• Run SoD risk analysis and manage rulesets and mitigation controls
• Design business and technical roles, role hierarchies and authorisations
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning and access request workflows
• Integrate SAP IAM with SAP IAS, IPS, GRC and non-SAP tools such as SailPoint
• Configure multi-level and risk-based approval workflows
• Support unit, integration and UAT testing, as well as production deployments
• Maintain access governance documentation and standards

We are hiring a SAP IAM Lead for a permanent, full-time role based in London, with locations in Canary Wharf and Watford and a hybrid working setup. We offer a salary of £90k to £95k, plus pension, healthcare, life assurance and strong learning and development benefits. This is a hands‑on lead position where we are looking for someone to take ownership of identity governance, access control and risk management across a major SAP landscape spanning S/4HANA, ECC and cloud applications. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders and help shape access governance standards across the organisation.
