SAP Operations Analyst 24/7 Support

Support ATB’s digital heartbeat as a Technical Operations Analyst specializing in SAP monitoring and 365/24/7 hybrid operations. Coordinate reliable technical support across rotating shifts, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

This Technical Operations Analyst supports ATB’s Client Technology Enablement Operations team. The work includes SAP and SAP BASIS administration, batch processing, file transfers, job scheduling, and ServiceNow incident resolution. You will monitor complex environments, assess system activity, and coordinate support with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor SAP EOD and EOM batch processing
• Resolve ServiceNow technical issues and infrastructure incidents
• Support MFT SFTP transfers, failures, and troubleshooting
• Analyze production events and follow documented procedures
• Maintain runbooks, system documentation, and training materials

Requirements:

• Three to four years’ IT operations or systems support experience
• Experience administering SAP and SAP BASIS environments
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, AIX, DB2, SQL, Suse, and HANA
• Proficiency with Splunk, SolarWinds, Redwood, or Solution Manager
• Understanding of ITIL v4 fundamentals and professional communication
