he client is a global software company that develops and sells information management software. The client has a backlog of pending enhancements and is currently resource constrained, requiring support to drive these items through to completion.

The enhancements and gaps are primarily focused within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Record-to-Report (RTR) areas, including customer subscriptions, renewals and receivables.

The OTC Functional SME will support the implementation and completion of enhancements and requires strong SAP OTC functional knowledge and experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • OTC Functional SME with 13+ years of experience
  • SAP certification required
  • Strong SAP OTC functional knowledge and experience
  • Strong experience in:
    • Order Management
    • Billing
    • Revenue Recognition
  • SFDC integration experience is mandatory
  • Experience supporting or implementing SAP OTC enhancements
