SAP OTC Projects Solution Lead

Lead SAP OTC projects and enhancements in a hybrid Toronto role, using deep billing, credit management, and integration expertise. The engagement runs November 2026 to April 2027.

This SAP OTC Solution Lead supports a global software company’s delivery organization. You will drive backlog enhancements, manage small projects end to end, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. The work focuses on integrated OTC and RTR outcomes, including subscriptions, renewals, and receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pending enhancements from planning through delivery
• Lead small projects and own integrated solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across project activities
• Support subscriptions, renewals, and receivables enhancements
• Manage dependencies across connected systems

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of OTC functional experience
• SAP certification
• OTC Billing and Credit management expertise
• End-to-end project and integration management experience
• SFDC integration exposure
