SAP Payroll Implementation Senior Manager

Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations at EY in Toronto, advising clients through complex global payroll transformations.

As Senior Manager, you will own payroll solutions, guide program delivery, and advise senior stakeholders across industries. The role requires deep Employee Central Payroll expertise, global compliance knowledge, and experience with configuration, integrations, and large-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise HR and Payroll leaders on strategy and execution
• Lead multi-country payroll architecture and implementation workshops
• Oversee configuration, migration, testing, and deployment activities
• Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, risks, and communications
• Mentor consultants and support payroll transformation adoption

Requirements:

• Ten years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
• Three full-cycle Employee Central Payroll implementations
• Employee Central Payroll certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
