SAP Platform Administration Manager

Lead SAP platform administration and security at the University of Toronto in Downtown Toronto, guiding resilient enterprise technology and Azure cloud services.

Reporting to the Associate Director, AMS/SAP, this manager leads the technical design, operations, security, and evolution of the University’s SAP ecosystem. The position oversees on-premises licenses, cloud subscriptions, integrations, supporting platforms, and third-party applications. It also advises stakeholders on SAP strategy, modernization, and institutional priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design, administration, security, and operations
• Oversee SAP platform services and lifecycle management
• Advise stakeholders on SAP technology value and opportunities
• Research and recommend enterprise platform capabilities
• Coordinate sustainable environments with security teams and vendors

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or relevant education and experience
• Ten years’ related enterprise experience, including five years hands-on SAP experience
• Experience with Azure, SAP design, Agile, and project planning
• Hands-on SAP BASIS, Configuration, ABAP, HANA, and Integration Suite
• Technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder agreement skills
