SAP PM Functional Manager

As SAP PM Functional Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP PM-based solutions across client industries, guiding implementation from design through testing and deployment. You will work within a global, collaborative team to transform maintenance processes and enable value-driven outcomes. You’ll coordinate with business users and SAP, produce release notes and training, and document solutions to support production operations. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and scale, with a focus on high-impact maintenance and service management initiatives.

• Design and deliver technical/functional SAP PM solutions per specifications and standards
• Perform unit and integration testing aligning with processes and timelines
• Lead release items from design to deployment, translating business requirements into functional components
• Communicate with business users and SAP stakeholders
• Support acceptance and implementation of new functional solutions in production with documentation
• Create release notes and user training materials for new/enhanced functionality
• Produce detailed functional solution documentation
• Provide technical expertise in related systems applications
• Stay current with advances in technology and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement

• 7+ years of experience in design and delivery of SAP PM functional solutions
• Experience in unit and integration testing
• Experience delivering release items and coordinating design-build-test-deploy cycles
• Strong communication with business users and SAP
• Experience with production support and documentation for functional solutions
• Delivery of release notes and user training for new functionality
• Detailed solution documentation for functional solutions
• Technical expertise in a nominated function within SAP
• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules
• Experience in multi-project/matrix managed environments
• Knowledge of ASAP methodology and delivering solutions within that framework
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry Support
• Knowledge of iPPE would be advantageous
