SAP Principal Systems Engineer-Reporting

• Build and evolve reporting/Data Analytics capabilities within a large enterprise SAP landscape
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and partners, promoting best practices and achievable goals
• Collaborate with data owners to modernise reporting and support strategic transformation initiatives
• Coordinate with Outsourced Technology partners to resolve incidents and support change processes
• Contribute to the technical roadmap for systems and services within scope
• Coordinate small/medium technical changes from requirements through testing and production deployment
• Support larger projects with technical change elements, partnering with PM and stakeholders

• Extensive experience in data extraction, modelling, transformation and reporting in SAP with SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, BEx, AFO, SAC, BPC
• Experience with SAP FI, CO, SD, HR, Intercompany, Tax, Procurement, Financial Statement, Financial Planning and Consolidation processes
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and review technical/functional documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Experience in small team environments, handling multiple priorities and managing conflicts
