Senior Test Manager | SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation


Colehouse Group is looking for an experienced Senior Test Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Finance transformation programme for a major client.


Key requirements:

  • 12+ years’ experience in testing and quality assurance leadership.
  • Proven experience leading testing on large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
  • Multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
  • Strong experience managing ITC and UAT.
  • Experience testing SAP Finance processes, controls and reporting.
  • Experience supporting go-live, dress rehearsals and cutover testing.
  • Ability to lead testing strategy, governance and execution across complex programmes.

Start: October 2026
