SAP Regression Test Manager

In this role, you will lead SAP S/4HANA testing efforts, shaping regression strategies and ensuring quality across the ERP delivery lifecycle. You’ll align testing with business requirements and release plans, partnering with Solution Architects and Project Managers to minimize risk. You will drive test automation and tool selection, enabling efficient, scalable validation of ERP changes. This position offers impact by improving release confidence and supporting global SAP deployments.

• Update and own the Test Strategy for Regression
• Manage regression testing activities throughout the implementation cycle
• Develop test plan schedules and coordinate testing timelines
• Provide reporting at all testing stages and post-testing
• Coordinate impact analysis with Solution Architect and Project Managers
• Decide and implement testing tooling, including test automation
• Collaborate with technical teams on release calendars and system refreshes
• Contribute to automated regression testing initiatives
• Communicate regression scope, timelines, and readiness to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines

• 7+ years of Test Management experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Minimum 2 years of successful SAP S/4HANA project implementation
• Experience with SAP Test Manager and end-to-end ERP testing lifecycle
• Ability to generate innovative ideas, challenge status quo and drive change
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps
• Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA, TOGAF, Automation testing (Worksoft Certify, Tricentis Tosca)
• Familiarity with global template and industry standards for SAP S/4HANA testing
