You will own the change strategy, lead the OCM team, and collaborate with Cognizant’s delivery teams and senior client stakeholders to ensure business adoption and readiness.

The role is hybrid in the UK, with regular travel to client sites. You will shape change outcomes, governance, and training across the programme lifecycle
