Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the integrated SAP S/4HANA cutover plan • Coordinate cutover activities, risks, and resource requirements • Lead planning across multiple workstreams and teams • Oversee rehearsals, blackout planning, and operational readiness • Provide executive-level reporting and governance support
Requirements: • Proven experience as Cutover Lead in SAP transformations • Strong cutover planning and data migration skills • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Comfortable in a phased engagement environment
