SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Manager

Lead SAP S/4HANA data migration and governance at PwC, guiding complex transformation programs from strategy through stabilization. Shape high-quality master and transactional data outcomes.

As an SAP Data Management Senior Manager, you will lead data workstreams across complete SAP S/4HANA program lifecycles. You will define data strategy, facilitate executive decisions, coordinate teams, and translate business objectives into executable plans. Your work spans discovery, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data management and migration across SAP S/4HANA programs
• Define data vision, governance models, scope, and roadmaps
• Oversee profiling, cleansing, transformation, mapping, and loading
• Manage mock conversions, cutover, validation, and reconciliation
• Coordinate teams, resources, risks, decisions, and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in business, technology, engineering, or related discipline
• More than 10 years in SAP data management or transformation
• Three end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA
• Experience leading strategic discussions with senior business and IS stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAP data solutions, ETL, SQL, and Python
