Overview

In this role you drive digital finance transformation for clients within Accenture's CFO and Enterprise Value practice. You will shape finance operating models, lead cross‑functional teams, and advance strategic outcomes through data‑driven analysis and design thinking. You’ll work with clients to streamline processes and implement finance tech at scale, across ERP and cloud platforms. This is a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented role with global collaboration and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals by improving ways of working and refining operating models
  • Apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to complex client challenges with limited supervision
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and agile design sessions to co‑create solutions
  • Build and nurture client relationships to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Contribute to business development through opportunity identification and proposal development
  • Support development of CFO&EV practice by creating offerings, assets, and thought leadership
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams and contribute to performance management
  • Continuously learn new skills to support growth of CFO&EV and Accenture as a whole
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in consulting (or 8+ years in industry) with finance transformation or large‑scale ERP/GBS/Shared Services programs
  • Familiarity with cloud ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of AI, RPA, analytics in finance context
  • Experience in O2C, P2P, A2R, R2R process designs and related finance tech
  • Ability to conduct fit‑gap analysis and roadmap development for finance tech and processes
  • Vendor assessment and selection experience
  • Design thinking/agile project delivery experience
  • Professional finance qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with MBA preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
