SAP Service Delivery Lead - BAU

In this role you drive the end-to-end legacy-to-SAP migration and process transformation for Europe. You bridge legacy ERP systems with SAP S/4HANA project teams, ensuring compliant, high-quality data migration and a fit-to-standard blueprint. You collaborate with regional leaders, vendors, and global stakeholders to standardize processes and enable a scalable SAP capability. You will mentor analysts, translate technical concepts to business value, and oversee digital tools to support daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role at Cummins with global reach and a focus on transformation.

• Bridge legacy ERP (Movex-Lawson M3, Info M3; IFS) to SAP S/4HANA project delivery teams and stakeholders to enable seamless migration
• Lead and stabilize legacy ERP operations during transition while ensuring compliant, auditable data migration outcomes
• Drive fit-to-standard process mapping and blueprint validation across core enterprise domains for global SAP template adoption
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across regional leaders, delivery teams, vendors, and global stakeholders
• Define and govern end-to-end legacy-to-SAP migration strategy (scope, data readiness, cutover, risk, hypercare)
• Mentor and develop business analysts and technical resources to build future SAP capabilities
• Act as trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes that drive value
• Integrate IT functional experts as Business Success Managers into business functions and operations
• Oversee all other business digital tools (SalesForce, AI efficiency tool) to support daily operations

• 10+ years in ERP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale ERP migrations or legacy-to-SAP transformation
• Strong hands-on experience with data migration cycles (ETL), process mapping, and cross-functional solution design
• SAP S/4HANA certifications and exposure to integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to manage complexity across global, matrixed organizations
