We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Lead Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, solution design and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration based on business and compliance requirements.

Work with global HR, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

Create and maintain SuccessFactors process maps, BRDs and solution blueprints.

Manage integrations between SuccessFactors, Payroll and external systems.

Support data migration, including data mapping, validation and employee data reconciliation.

Conduct Unit Testing, SIT and UAT, support go-live and resolve implementation issues.

Provide user training, documentation, production support and enhancements.

Ensure SuccessFactors configurations comply with GDPR, global policies and governance standards.

Lead project teams and provide guidance on processes, deliverables and solution design.

Support architecture and design reviews, business consulting and capability building.

Required Skills

Strong SAP SuccessFactors consulting background

Experience across Employee Central (EC) and SuccessFactors modules such as:

EC Time Management / Time Off

Performance Management (PMGM)

Learning Management (LMS)

Compensation

Certification in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules such as EC, EC Time Management, ONB, RCM, LMS, PMGM or Compensation.

Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration

End-to-end understanding of SuccessFactors Solution Architecture

At least 1 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation

Strong experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, migration and go-live

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience leading and mentoring teams in a Global Delivery Model
