Overview

In this role you act as the functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off & Time Tracking. You lead or support workstreams, translate business needs into scalable designs, and configure core EC elements, rules, and templates. You handle data migration, integrations, and security design while delivering functional specs and end-user documentation. You’ll engage clients in workshops and train teams, guiding junior consultants and contributing to pre-sales and solution presentations. You bring deep EC/Compensation experience to transform HR processes and stay aligned with AI and HR tech trends.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the functional expert for EC and Time Off & Time Tracking modules
  • Lead a workstream or support design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configurations
  • Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules
  • Support data migration, integrations (to Payroll, Finance, Talent modules) and security design
  • Produce high-quality functional specifications, design documents and end-user documentation
  • Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions
  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and support knowledge transfer
  • Support business development through pre-sales activities and solution presentations
  • Stay up-to-date on AI and HR technology trends to drive client value
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources
  • Exposure to integrations, data migration and reporting is an advantage
Key requirements
  • Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors knowledge in Employee Central and Compensation
  • Proven track record of delivering 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of EC and/or Compensation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off certifications are essential
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with business and technical teams
  • Experience with business development activities, pre-sales, and solution presentations
  • Awareness of AI and HR technology trends to leverage innovations
