Lead SAP SuccessFactors integration architecture at EY, applying middleware expertise and HR systems knowledge to complex technical delivery programs.

This Manager role leads technical workstreams across SAP SuccessFactors implementations and adjacent platforms. You will shape integration strategy, oversee configuration and data transformation, and translate client requirements into scalable designs. The work spans Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define technical integration strategies across SuccessFactors modules
  • Architect connections with SAP HCM, payroll, and ERP systems
  • Evaluate SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and MuleSoft platforms
  • Lead workstreams, dependencies, APIs, mappings, and transformations
  • Conduct workshops and guide migration, security, and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum eight years in HR technology consulting
  • At least five years focused on SuccessFactors integrations
  • Hands-on SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or middleware experience
  • Employee Central and additional SuccessFactors certifications
