Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across SAP delivery initiatives. The role will focus on sprint execution, requirements tracking, incident and change management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, DevOps, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sprint execution and track requirements through delivery
  • Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage incidents, changes, risks, and technical dependencies
  • Identify and mitigate project and technical risks
  • Provide technical guidance and support to delivery teams
  • Track issues, actions, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of SAP delivery and operational processes

Required Skills

  • Strong SAP technical leadership experience
  • Experience with Agile/Sprint execution and requirement tracking
  • Hands-on experience with incident and change management
  • Strong risk identification and mitigation skills
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
