Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP TPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Customer Business Planning (CBP), ABAP development, and SAP integrations . Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry is highly desirable.

• SAP TPM / CBP – Trade Promotion Management
• Trade Fund Management, Promotion Planning, Claims & Deductions
• SAP ABAP – Classical & OO ABAP, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements
• SAP SD, FI/CO and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• SAP Integration – IDocs, ALE, BAPIs, RFCs, CPI / PI-PO
• SAP ECC / S/4HANA
• Pricing Conditions, Settlement & Rebate Management
• SAP BW / BW4HANA
• End-to-End Implementation, Testing & Production Support

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP TPM/CBP solutions for promotion planning and trade funds management
• Develop and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP
• Integrate TPM with SAP SD, FI/CO and Rebate Management
• Build interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs and SAP CPI/PI-PO
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts and technical documentation
• Lead UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance and provide L2/L3 support
• Manage stakeholder communication and mentor junior consultants

• SAP CDS Views, OData, Fiori / UI5
• SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW or BODS
• SAP TPM, SD or ABAP certification
• SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) / Revenue Growth Management
• CPG/FMCG, Retail or Food & Beverage industry experience
• Agile, SAFe or SAP Activate methodology
