You will lead SAS modernization initiatives, guiding teams through discovery and migration assessments. This role requires an individual with at least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAS development and the ability to analyze complex SAS frameworks. Your technical leadership will be vital in executing strategies and validating migration feasibility for SAS assets.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead discovery and assessment for SAS modernization projects • Analyze existing SAS programs and projects systematically • Conduct workshops to gather reporting requirements from stakeholders • Classify SAS workloads into migration categories effectively • Validate business logic during production cutover activities
Requirements: • 8-10 years of experience in SAS development • Strong proficiency in Base SAS and PROC SQL • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts • Ability to assess application dependencies and impacts • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
