SC-Cleared Asset Data Controller

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd seeks an experienced Technical Data & Document Controller to support an asset management handback programme in Northwood. You will verify and capture asset data across CAFM systems, maintain filing structures and produce reports for governance and audits.

You will work across thousands of assets, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and timely handback, with day-to-day administration supporting the Asset Management team in a technically demanding environment.
