In this role you will support IT Change initiatives in a regulated financial context, ensuring changes are prioritized and delivered efficiently. You will work closely with Architects (Solution & Data) to define solutions aligned with strategy, standards and roadmaps. The position combines agile delivery with governance, using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation. This is a compliance-focused opportunity to drive impactful change within a secured environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure IT Change aligns with correct priority, queue and delivery
  • Collaborate with Architects - Solution & Data to define the solution
  • Ensure alignment to strategy, standards and roadmaps
  • Contribute to agile delivery within the SDLC framework
  • Utilize Jira/Confluence for project management and documentation
Key requirements
  • SC Clearance - valid and transferable
  • Track record delivering technical/software development projects in financial or regulated environments
  • Experience in agile/scrum methodologies
  • Solid understanding of SDLC in an agile context
  • Jira/Confluence for project management and documentation
  • Data Management (data journeys, analysis, integration/migration)
  • Agile methodologies in Waterfall environments
  • Certified in Agile, DevOps for delivery
  • Project management - resource & time management
