Overview
In this role you will design, build and integrate scalable Power Platform solutions to support critical public sector services. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production-ready apps and automation, while ensuring accessibility and government standards. You’ll apply secure coding practices and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position offers a mix of on-site and remote work in London, with SC clearance essential for remote and public-facing work.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Design and build applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Develop and integrate services within broader architecture
- Ensure solutions are user-focused, accessible and aligned to government standards
- Write clean, maintainable code and configurations
- Support issue investigation, resolution, and continuous improvement
- Follow secure development practices including OWASP awareness
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- Strong production experience with Power Platform
- Solid software development background beyond low-code
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and non-technical users
- Experience breaking down requirements and defining acceptance criteria
- Understanding of clean coding practices and scalable solutions
- Appreciation of software architecture and integration patterns
