The role is hybrid in the Reading area, combining senior technical leadership with hands-on reliability work on Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.

You will own SLAs/SLOs, drive automation, observability, and CI/CD practices, and mentor senior SREs across multiple teams and suppliers.
