SC Cleared Test Analyst

In this role you will support quality across the software lifecycle, partnering with development squads to define and execute test strategies that ensure delivery meets quality standards. You will guide QA activities, provide automation input, and help maintain traceability and process improvements. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, balancing deadlines with reliable, scalable testing. • Perform requirements analysis and validation
• Define and execute test strategies and scripts
• Ensure requirements traceability
• Suggest new testing processes and techniques
• Record and monitor issues accurately
• Provide QA support to development scrum teams and automate tests
• Review test environments and processes for continuous quality improvements
• Provide test estimates

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with iterative/incremental software delivery
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
• Background in software integration and system testing
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience in defining test strategy/approach
