SC Cleared Test Manager

In this role you will lead the test work-stream for data migration programs, ensuring data quality, completeness and integrity across ETL/ELT processes. You will collaborate with vendor and client teams, plan testing activities, and manage risks to keep projects on track. You’ll drive SDLC-aligned testing, sign-offs, and transparent communication with stakeholders. • Validate migrated data sets for completeness, accuracy, and integrity
• Support testing of complex, data driven user interfaces
• Design and execute data migration test scenarios and reconciliations
• Collaborate with vendor and customer teams on defect triage and resolution
• Identify and highlight data migration risks and planning gaps
• Contribute to overall test approach where migration risks extend beyond pure testing
• Plan the test work-stream including resources, scope and schedule
• Estimate and obtain management support for time, resources and budget for testing
• Organize status meetings and send Status Reports to the Client
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, test execution and results recording; sign-off
• Manage test work-stream RAID process
• Review quality and consistency of test deliverables
• Empower decision-making to progress test workstreams quickly

• Strong experience in data-heavy system testing and data migration validation
• Experience testing enterprise or COTS platforms hosted in cloud environments
• Solid understanding of test lifecycle, defect management, and test reporting
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and technical documentation
• Comfortable engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders
• 5+ years Test Management Experience
• Proven test leadership on large projects with defect tracking and test status reporting
• Experience in managing development & testing workflow in multivendor environments
• Active SC Clearance (required)
• Some experience with CI/CD and/or automation approaches
