Overview

In this role you design, execute and optimize performance, load and stress tests to ensure scalable, reliable systems. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and monitor performance using observability tools. You’ll integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and target cloud, hybrid and on‑prem environments. This position focuses on shaping performance strategy and improving non-functional requirements for resilient applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design, execute and analyse performance, load, stress and volume tests
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor systems with Grafana and Splunk; use diagnostics platforms (New Relic, Dynatrace)
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements
  • Shape scalability and reliability in cloud/hybrid/on-prem environments
Key requirements
  • Design, execute and analyse performance tests
  • Familiarity with Grafana, Splunk; New Relic, Dynatrace
  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and Databricks
  • Analyse complex performance issues and provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) for test automation and data analysis
  • Knowledge of Performance Test Strategy and Non-Functional Requirements
  • Experience in Performance Testing of cloud-based architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Eggplant Performance, Gatling)
