Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a User Researcher .
  • Active SC Clearance is essential.
  • Strong experience planning and conducting user research.
  • Ability to analyse research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Experience working within Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with UX, Product, Content and Service Design teams.
  • Ability to attend Corsham twice per month .

Working Pattern: 2 days onsite per month
