Job Title: Java Developer with Spark and Scala

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 4 days a week in office

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 06-12 Months

Pay Rate: CAD 60-65/hour Incorporated

Domain: BFSI

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficient in Scala and Java programming
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Spark (Core| SQL| DataFrames| Datasets)
  • Experience developing data processing applications using Apache Spark and Scala
  • Familiarity with Maven for build and dependency management.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g.| Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem.
  • Working experience in CI/CD| Helios.
  • Experience in writing Spring boot Webservices| and SQL queries.
