Scaled Agile Scrum Master

Lead scaled Agile delivery through Scrum facilitation, impediment removal, and strong backlog management across multiple IT initiatives. Support one or several teams.

This Scrum Master enables consistent Agile practices within a scaled framework. You will facilitate ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and Project Managers, and help teams deliver committed outcomes. The work emphasizes transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate grooming, planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate Scrum-of-Scrums and related scaled Agile reporting
• Maintain focus on agreed sprint and delivery commitments
• Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments
• Improve flow through metrics, feedback, and retrospectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Recognized Agile certification considered a strong asset
• Proven Scrum Master experience in IT delivery
• Working knowledge of scaled Agile and Scrum practices
• Hands-on Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office experience
