School BCBA: Data-Driven Behavior Interventions & Coaching

Rockdale County Public Schools seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the CCEIS plan with classroom-based, evidence-based behavioral interventions.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and monitor BIPs, and coach staff to implement PBIS and MTSS processes, using data to improve student outcomes across elementary, middle, and high school settings. This role requires leadership, collaboration, and adherence to IDEA/504 regulations.
