Schroders Capital Solutions - Analyst

In this role you will support multi-asset private markets portfolios across portfolio construction, implementation and client engagement. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external managers to inform investment decisions and prepare materials for internal and client reviews. The position sits within Schroders Capital, contributing to strategic asset allocations and market analysis to help clients reach their goals. You will partner with teams to drive performance, risk management, and client-facing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Support design, implementation, capital planning and allocation for multi-asset private markets portfolios
• Develop strategic asset allocations and portfolio construction frameworks using quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Conduct portfolio analysis for oversight: performance attribution, risk and liquidity, rebalancing and allocations
• Collaborate with internal investment teams and external managers to assess and implement investment strategies
• Prepare investment recommendations and materials for investment committees and client boards
• Assist with client relationship management: portfolio reviews, update meetings, and responses to inquiries
• Create high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports for clients, consultants and committees
• Contribute to market research, thought leadership, product development, and strategic initiatives across Schroders Capital Solutions
• Support due diligence, proposals, and responses to prospective clients and consultants
• Support other strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across the business

• 2–3 years’ experience at a leading asset manager, consultancy, or investment bank
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Understanding of private asset classes and portfolio construction principles
• Highly organized with multi-workstream management in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools
