Screening Solutions Lead — Implementation & Support

Experian in London is looking for a Senior Implementation and Support Analyst for Screening SME to lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing support of our Screening solutions. You will act as a Screening SME on sanctions, PEP and watchlists, collaborating with offshore teams to drive improvements and exceptional customer outcomes.

You will own complex engagements, manage escalations and support initiatives with a focus on knowledge transfer and operational excellence in a global delivery model.
