Telford / Hybrid - 2 -3 days per week onsite

£450 per day inside ir35

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to join a high-profile digital transformation programme supporting Making Tax Digital (MTD) .

You'll work closely with Agile delivery teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to facilitate effective delivery, improve team performance and ensure Agile practices are embedded across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and improve Agile maturity.
  • Remove blockers and manage delivery risks and dependencies.
  • Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
  • Use JIRA and Confluence to track progress and provide delivery transparency.
  • Support continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager .
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence .
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident coaching teams and resolving delivery issues.
  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM is desirable.
