Scrum Master

• Lead and coordinate a team of software engineers within an Agile environment, Work closely with technical and product teams to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable work
  Some C++ development experience within a software or engineering environment
• Practical experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience leading a team
• Background in CAE, CAD, simulation or engineering software would be beneficial
• Mechanical, aerospace, engineering or software engineering experience is desirable, though a degree is not essential but ideal
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A natural leader with a collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering
