As a Scrum Master at Appnovation, you guide cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation and marketing solutions for a global client base. You manage multiple concurrent projects, coach teams in Agile practices, and remove blockers to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. You collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog and alignment with project goals. This role combines hands-on Agile leadership with a focus on fostering a productive, collaborative team environment that scales with growth.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines within budget
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and new requests
- Facilitate internal and external communications and serve as main point of contact
- Estimate and track velocity, costs, and resource plans; identify risks
- Coach teams on Agile frameworks and advance scrum maturity
- Resolve conflicts and help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards at sprint end
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in project delivery
- Foster a productive environment where team members own the product
- 3-4 years of Agile Project Management or Scrum Master experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe) is a plus
- Scrum Master Certification or demonstrable hands-on Agile experience
- Strong English communication skills across organizational levels
