As Scrum Master within Computacenter’s Project 252, you drive Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce-focused workstreams in a high-profile, multi-year transformation. You’ll partner with Product Owners, Salesforce specialists and delivery teams to unblock delivery, coach teams on Agile practices, and maintain ready-backlogs. You enable predictable delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility to programme leadership. This role offers impact across Campaign to Close and Customer Lifecycle value streams, contributing to a transformed, scalable IT services business.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
- Support delivery against sprint commitments and programme objectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove delivery blockers
- Assist Product Owners and Business Analysts with prioritised backlogs
- Manage risks, dependencies and impediments across teams
- Track sprint progress, velocity and outcomes
- Provide clear reporting and delivery visibility to leadership
- Coordinate delivery across development, testing, release and operations readiness
- Drive improvements in Agile maturity and team effectiveness
- Certified Scrum Master qualification (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent)
- Proven Scrum Master experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience supporting complex business or technology transformation programmes
- Strong Agile coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within large matrix organisations
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
