Overview
As a Scrum Master at Leidos UK, you enable ESCS delivery teams to work efficiently through Scrum and agile practices. You will facilitate ceremonies, shield the team from distractions, and coach for sustainable improvement, linking team delivery to programme priorities. You’ll help improve flow, predictability, and quality using evidence-driven facilitation. This role offers the chance to influence cross-team delivery in a mission-driven tech environment and contribute to transformational projects.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain a ready, prioritised backlog with business and technical leads
- Track impediments, dependencies, risks, and actions to resolution
- Support programme increment, release and cross-team planning
- Use delivery metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Coach teams and stakeholders in agile values and collaboration
- Support distributed, inclusive, outcome-focused ceremonies
- Promote continuous improvement while maintaining delivery transparency
Key requirements
- Scrum Master or agile delivery experience with multidisciplinary technology teams
- Experience supporting product owners, analysts, engineers and testers through the delivery lifecycle
- Experience working across virtual, distributed or multi-location teams
- Evidence of improving team delivery practices and resolving impediments
- SC clearance required to start, SC required for role
