We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products while continuously improving team performance and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives .
  • Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint and delivery goals.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices .
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog .
  • Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
  • Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and effective cross-functional communication.
  • Work with stakeholders and leadership to ensure transparency and timely delivery.

Must Have

  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies .
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence .
  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar Agile certification .
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology environments.
