Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams working on SAP transformation and support programs. The candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, drive Agile best practices, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, SAP Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach SAP delivery teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance metrics.
• Identify and remove project impediments and risks impacting SAP delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with SAP Functional and Technical teams across modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and project status reporting.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive Agile maturity within SAP programs and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or AMS projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in RISE with SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile Delivery frameworks.

Nice to Have

• SAP functional or technical background.
• Experience with Cloud ERP, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Business Technology Platform.
