Key Responsibilities:

• AIAgent Engineering & Tuning: Architect and maintain advancedAI agents for coding and automation within GitHub workflows . Thisincludes the active building, performance tuning, and refinement ofagentic logic to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Evaluation& Quality Assurance: Implement robust evaluationframeworks to ensure that all AI-driven solutions meetestablished technical standards and best practices beforedeployment.
  
• Standardisation(Prompt Ops): Develop and govern prompt libraries ,instruction sets, and organizational standards to ensure consistency andreliability in AI usage across all engineering teams.
  
• SystemOrchestration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with CI/CDpipelines and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers tocreate automated, end-to-end development cycles.
  
• StrategicCollaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering teams toembed AI-driven processes directly into core SDLCmethodologies.
  

Technical Requirements:

• ProgrammingProficiency: Advanced expertise in Python or TypeScript .Professional experience with Rust, Golang, or Java is highlydesirable.
  
• EcosystemExpertise: Deep knowledge of the GitHub stack, Claude Code orCodex ,including hands-on experience with CI/CD integration andcomplex automation tools .
  
• ArchitecturalInsight: A comprehensive understanding of AI frameworks and agent-based architectures , moving beyond simple prompts tomulti-step agentic workflows.
  
• EngineeringStandards: The ability to write clear, reusable prompts andSkills while maintaining the highest coding standards anddocumentation.
